Founding Attorney
Kavon Smith is a Florida trial attorney who represents property owners in complex insurance and construction disputes. His practice focuses exclusively on first-party property insurance claims and construction defect litigation—helping homeowners, business owners, and community associations hold insurers and builders accountable.
Kavon earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of South Florida and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. After law school, he joined a prominent plaintiff-side litigation boutique where he quickly developed a reputation for taking on large insurers and national homebuilders. Kavon was a core member of the team that launched and built the firm’s property insurance litigation department from the ground up.
